๐Ÿฆต Hip Mobility Plan Sid's board

This is a plan, not a ranking: the tiles are phases. Start here = tests + the daily 10 minutes. Each later phase adds a few drills; the Goals track says what 'done' looks like. Nothing should hurt in the joint โ€” a pinch in the front of the hip means back off and use a block. โ€” Every skill, grouped by track and levelled 1โ€“5. Click a level tile to filter. Click a skill's status bar to cycle ; progress saves in this browser โ€” hit Save progress to file in the footer now and then so it survives rebuilds.

Built for very tight hips as therapeutic mobility, not performance flexibility. Structure borrows the Bodyweight Warrior "Basics" tier (resting squat, hinge, cross-legged sit) as the goals, and drills from Squat University, Ask Doctor Jo, Antranik and physio channels. The daily 10 minutes matters more than any single drill; test the goals monthly, photograph them, and expect 3โ€“6 months for real change. Not medical advice โ€” a physio should see anything that pinches, clicks or radiates.
